Intuit Rebrand - Photography

As part of Intuit’s global rebrand in partnership with Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR), I creatively led the photography arm to capture the human stories behind Intuit's ecosystem. Overseeing the entire creative life cycle, from pre-production and authentic casting to live on-set directing and post-production, the project established a dynamic visual style, ensuring the photography lived and breathed the same vitality, warmth, and modern energy as the updated brand system.

Brief: Shift Intuit’s visual narrative away from stock fintech tropes by establishing a photography style that felt authentic, human, and modern, mirroring the freshness, warmth, and optimism of the new brand identity created with JKR.

Solution: Lead the photography direction end-to-end: setting the art direction and moodboards in pre-production, casting real people and everyday consumers to bring grounded authenticity, directing multi-day shoots on set to capture vibrant candid moments and natural light, and overseeing post-production to align tone, lighting, and colour grading seamlessly with Intuit’s new visual system.

Result: A comprehensive global photography suite and brand guideline library deployed across all Intuit touchpoints, including OOH, web, social, and product marketing. The new imagery successfully unified Intuit's product portfolio (TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma) under a vibrant visual language that elevated audience engagement, increased brand affinity, and established an authentic visual standard across global markets.
